In January 2020, Phil was primed for what he thought would be a great job search. He had just left  Interviewstream (fka Rivs) after a successful exit and was excited for his next move. He knew that he’d let us network suffer a bit, as he’d been 100% focused on running Interviewstream.  But the market was hot and he had a great story to tell.  He went from 12 opportunities on his plate to zero once Covid hit.  He quickly learned the dangers of letting your network suffer at the expense of your day job.

We’ll discuss how Phil approached his job search. How he was able to quickly rebuild his network and identify a variety of interesting opportunities. What worked and what advice he wished he could have given himself 18 months ago.
